EMS rushed a man to St. Joseph's Hospital early this morning after suffering a gunshot wound to the stomach.
The shooting occurred shortly before 4 a.m. in the area of East 23rd and 12th Ave.where first responders reportedly found the man conscious and bleeding at that location.
Police are investigating the motive for the shooting.
