Police in Trenton are investigating a stabbing incident that left a woman injured Saturday morning.
At approximately 2 a.m., officers responded to reports of an injured person in the 400 block of Lamberton Street.
Upon arrival, police found the victim suffering a serious stab wound to her stomach. EMS rushed the patient to the regional medical center for treatment while police continue to investigate the motive for the attack.
No arrests have been reported by Trenton Police.
