Police reported no injuries in a shooting incident in Elizabeth late Monday night.
Several officers responded to reports of shots fired on 4th Street before 11:45 p.m. Units arrived at the scene and found an unoccupied vehicle struck by multiple bullets.
Police believe that a gunman fired shots at two people who managed to escape being struck by bullets.
The suspect fled the scene and remains at large.
Police have not released the motive for the attack.
