Mr. Christopher Miller, 36, from Paterson and Mr. Marc Manfredonia, 32, of Little Egg Harbor, are facing charges including Attempted Murder and Robbery after an incident on September 9 in Little Egg Harbor Township.

According to The Ocean County Prosecutor's Office, early that morning, around 4:30 a.m., Little Egg Harbor Township Police responded to a call regarding gunshots on East Hudson Drive.

They found a 36-year-old male with multiple gunshot injuries, now recovering in stable condition at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center in Pomona.

Prosecutor Billhimer said the victim knew Miller and Manfredonia and visited their East Hudson Drive residence. Shortly after his arrival, the duo forcibly ejected the man from the house, demanding money.

Under the threat of Miller's gun, Prosecutor Billhimer said the victim complied, transferring funds through a mobile app. However, a violent altercation broke out after further demands and refusal.

According to Prosecutor Billhimer, Miller allegedly shot the victim three times, with Manfredonia continuing the assault. The injured man eventually fled and alerted the police.

Both suspects were arrested at the scene and are currently detained at the Ocean County Jail, awaiting their detention hearing.
