Newark and the North Jersey region are in for another delightful summer-like day, offering a pleasant break from the typical October chill.

As you step outside this morning, you'll be greeted by a warm, inviting atmosphere that feels just right.

National Weather Service data indicates that some patchy fog will linger during the early morning hours, but don't worry; this will gradually dissipate by around 9 a.m.

A light breeze complements the warmth, making it even more enjoyable to be outdoors.

According to The National Weather Service, the day's forecast predicts abundant sunshine, with temperatures soaring to a high near 88.

The wind is expected to remain calm, initially coming from the southwest and later shifting to a gentle southeast breeze of around six mph.

Rain showers are expected to return on Friday night and continue into the weekend, so make the most of this beautiful day while it lasts.
