Police officials in Newark issued an alert to officers citywide to be on the lookout for several armed and dangerous suspects who are driving around the city committing robberies.
According to preliminary reports, the suspects are said to be occupying a silver Jeep Liberty and are armed with several weapons.
Police say the car has three suspects - One Hispanic and two black males - inside and have targeted victims in several wards during the overnight hours.
There were no physical injuries reported.
