The Plainfield Police Department seek your help in finding a missing "at risk" man.
Nelson Hernandez, 22, was last seen driving his Honda Civic in Plainfield on Tuesday August 26.
He is described as a Hispanic male, 5’11”, 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
It is unknown what he was last wearing or his direction of travel.
Nelson suffers depression, without medication.
