Paterson Police are investigating a domestic violence incident that led to two victims being stabbed at a residence early Tuesday morning.
The altercation occurred around 1 a.m. in the 100 block of Franklin Street.
Responding to 911 calls about a physical confrontation at the address, police discovered two individuals with stab wounds upon arrival.
One of the victims, who sustained a serious stab wound to the chest, was among those injured. Both victims were promptly transported to St. Joseph's Hospital for emergency treatment.
Authorities launched a search for a female suspect, described as wearing dark clothing, who reportedly fled the scene.
