The weather forecast promises dry conditions for the spooky festivities but suggests they should also prepare for some chill in the air.

According to The National Weather Service, today's weather outlook indicates mostly sunny skies with a high temperature near 52 degrees.

While the sun may bring warmth, the northern wind, ranging from 5 to 8 mph and shifting to the northeast in the afternoon, will keep the temperatures cool.

At 4:30 a.m., the region is experiencing a chilly start with a temperature of 49 degrees in areas such as Kearny, Harrison, and East Newark.

Despite the cool conditions, Halloween enthusiasts are encouraged to bundle up, adorn their costumes, and enjoy a safe and delightful Halloween evening.

RLS Media extends warm wishes for a fabulous and spooky Halloween to all.
