A man shot in the 50's block of Stone Street in the city's North Ward early this morning has police investigating.
Police responded to reports of shots fired that occurred in the 50's block of Stone Street around 12:30 a.m. where they found a male Victim shot in the lower leg. The victim was taken to University Hospital where he is expected to survive.
Police reportedly have good leads in capturing the suspect responsible. A motive for the shooting is under investigation.
