Authorities in Passaic County announced that on June 3, at approximately 6:04 p.m., the West Milford Police Department responded to a reported motor vehicle incident on Clinton Road.
Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes stated that a passenger in a Jeep Wrangler fell out of the vehicle while it was traveling on Clinton Road in West Milford.
EMS attempted life-saving measures on the passenger, a 20-year-old male from Haledon, but he was subsequently pronounced deceased, PCPO officials say.
Passaic County officials said this investigation is active and ongoing.
