Newark Police requests the public’s help locating Ms. Kyara Jones, 28, who is wanted for questioning in connection with a shooting that occurred on Saturday, June 24, 2023.
According to Newark Police, at approximately 11:35 a.m., officers responded to a residence in the 100 block of Leslie Street on a call of shots fired.
Responding units recovered three spent shell casings in the hallway of the residence.
Detectives investigating this incident are seeking Jones for questioning.
She is described as 4’11” tall with black hair and brown eyes.
