Millionaire Marriedpreneur Lessons From The Trenches

Mentorship doesn't always have to be by someone you personally know.marriedpreneur operating systems checklistIn fact, we can be mentored by the books we read to the content we consume online. The incredible opportunity that gives us is to learn lessons from others willing to share through their writings and interviews.

Over the years, we have been inspired to learn powerful practices by observing how other couples win. We can also learn a lot from couples who aren't winning in marriage.

Success-Mapping CallTake, for example, the Billionaire founder himself, Bill and Melinda Gates, whose marriage dissolved after over 20 years. Or let's look at Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, who also experienced the unfortunate outcome of divorce. We can learn many lessons from these couples as well.

The main one is there's no amount of money that produces a healthy marriage

From these two examples, one might think that growing a massive business and maintaining a healthy marriage is impossible.

But the good news is, that isn't true.

It is very much possible.

Let's take a look at Don and Katrina Peebles. Don, a graduate of Rutgers University, is one of the largest Black-owned real estate companies in America, with a net worth valued at $700 Million and counting.

What's notable about this family man is that he prioritizes his marriage even with such a demanding business.

He is quoted sharing a tip that helps him to keep his marriage at the forefront of his list. He and his wife have set aside lunch dates each week. These are sacred times for them to share and grow in their relationship.

Let this be an example of what is possible instead of what isn't.

Q2 Systems MasterclassThe Peebles have implemented the tool of consistent and set-apart time together. Dating your spouse is a tool that only sharpens marriage.

Likewise, we have also implemented dating as a non-negotiable in our marriage. But we can only do that by planning it as a priority and building our business around it. Life can be hectic. We plan it out for the year and review it each month.

We will be doing our May Marriedpreneur Legacy Meeting in a few days. If you and your spouse are curious and want to see what that looks like, we invite you to our masterclass.

Here's to living purposefully, powerfully, and profitably in sync,
