Life Threatening Injuries For Man Shot in Elizabeth

Police are investigating a shooting that left a man  critically injured this afternoon. 

Gunfire erupted in the 200 block of 3rd Street shortly before 3:30 where they found a male victim suffering gunshot wounds at that location.    The victim was rushed to Trinitas Hospital where his injuries were considered life threatening.    Police are looking for a thin black male wearing a dark hoodie, blue jeans, and a mask who fled the scene.    A second victim was transported to the hospital but was not injured by gunfire.
