Invitation to Bid: HVAC Installation at Isaiah House's 14th St Location Isaiah House 238 N. Munn Ave., East Orange, NJ 07017
Dear Prospective Bidders,
Isaiah House invites qualified contractors to submit bids for the installation of HVAC systems for heating and cooling at our 14th St location. We are seeking proposals from experienced contractors capable of providing quality installation services for two air conditioning systems and a boiler.
Scope of Work: The scope of work includes the installation of the following HVAC systems:
• Two air conditioning systems
• One boiler for heating purposes
The successful bidder will be responsible for all aspects of the installation process, including but not limited to equipment procurement, system design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
Preference for MBEs and WBEs: Isaiah House is committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in all aspects of our operations. As such, preference will be given to Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Women Business Enterprises (WBEs) in the selection process. We encourage MBEs and WBEs to participate actively in this bidding opportunity.
Submission Requirements: Interested bidders must submit their proposals in accordance with the following requirements:
1. Proposal Deadline: Bids must be received no later than April 15, 2024, at 12:00 noon.
2. Proposal Format: Bidders should provide a comprehensive proposal outlining their approach to the project, qualifications, relevant experience, proposed timeline, and cost breakdown.
3. Certification: MBEs and WBEs must provide valid certification documentation with their bid submission.
