Reports of shots fired in the 200 block of Ocean Ave. sent police and EMS to the scene shortly before 3 a.m. where they found one person suffering a gunshot wound to the arm.
The victim was transported to an area hospital where the injury is considered non-life threatening.
Police are looking for two black men wearing dark clothing who were seen running towards Dwight Street.
