A male victim shot in the area of South 20th Street and 16th Ave. has EMS on the scene where the man was found unconscious and unresponsive.
The victim was taken to University Hospital where he is reportedly in critical condition.
Police setup a crime scene in the area as the suspect remained on the loose.
