Business Systems Scorecards For Marriedprenuers

New Jersey

By: O.L./Sway Buckley

We're always working to tighten our business processes because, without it, we lose time and money, neither of which is ideal.

We'd personally much instead invest our time in business primarily on our wealth roles and automate and outsource the rest. That's always been the goal but hasn't always been the reality.

Intentionality is essential in getting closer to that goal. It's easy to do tasks because you've always done them.

But when you're positioning to scale, you can't do things how you've always done them.

Our next implementation in our business will be weekly scorecards.

Success-Mapping CallThe scorecards will be a glance-and-go setup for our team (and us) to see what's working and what isn't working.

They will show us what we need to keep and what we need to tweak (and quit).

This is where the strategic shifting happens. We will have the ability to see where we may be capping growth and speed and move out of our way.

We wanted to share this with you in real time as you may be interested in doing the same in your business.

Scorecards will likely vary based on your structure, team, and setup. However, there are some across-the-board basics you'd want to include.

These are typically assessed each month, but weekly is even better.

Marriedpreneur LifeThe framework is from Alex Charfen's Billion Dollar Business Method. You'll want to rate your system's effectiveness from 1-5, with five being the highest.

To help with the rating without making this article too long, we'll offer a litmus question for each system that mirrors a level 5 if you answer YES.

  1. Lead Gen System: Is your system attracting enough of your dream clients? (This is where it all starts!)
  2. Nurture System: Do you have automated systems to nurture your leads from warm to hot?
  3. Conversion System: Does your conversion system convert your nurtured leads into clients well?
  4. Delivery System: Are your clients getting above-average results and referring others?
  5. Upsell, Resale, Retain: Do you have an automated upsell, resale, or retention system for your clients?
