An armed carjacking reported in the 200 block of Littleton Ave. has police searching for the suspects who may have committed at least one armed robbery in Newark and two in Hillside.
The suspect is describe as a black male, 20-25 years in age who was wearing dark clothing and armed with a handgun when he ordered the victim from a black silver 2006 Volkswagen Jetta with temporary Virginia license plates.
Authorities believe that the suspect is wanted for an armed robbery in Newark and two others in Hillside overnight.
In the Newark robbery, a female victim reported being robbed of personal possessions on South 11th Street and 16th Ave. by a black male who was armed with a gun.
The suspects fled in a silver Volkswagen Jetta according to the victim.
